Connection Error

I am having problems trying to launch Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes. Whenever I try to launch, I either get a connection error sign, or am stuck on the loading screen.

I have tried shutting down my ipad, my computer, and my internet router. I'm not having much trouble with my internet service, but the game, along with some others are experience the connection error problem.

Is there any way I can solve this problem before the Thrawn event begins, It would be heartbreaking if I cannot play the game again because of a connection error.

Well that's good, I was aware that the Yoda event was starting, but didn't when the Thrawn event will start.

I’m with Optus for mobile and wireless. Can’t get on to the game at all. Just have to play the waiting game 😐

We don't have a date for that yet. I imagine it'll be next month, going by its usual rotation.
