As someone who uses h.t I'm around 90th in my fleet shard, it's good on D but as offence I dunno, kinda meh imho
I mean yes, it's a good ship but just having it in your fleet doesn't mean automatic top 10 status. Your Bossk needs to be pretty close to maxed out and you need a good fleet around it.
A maxed Hound is very overpowered and takes so much firepower to kill it. I don't have much issue with it using the Falcon meta, but sometimes it is crazy watching it just take tons of hits and still barely seem to lose health whether it is my own or opponent.
