Difference in the number of tickets

Several members of my guild have been passing the following problem: When we want to check if someone reached 600 daily tickets, we figure that they have not reached that goal, but they said yes!

We ask them for a screenshot and they show us that they made the 600 tickets, but in the list they are less. Is there any way to fix this? It is common? I already put it in the errors section, but I want to know if anyone can help me with a way to account for the real guild tickets.
