Possible Plot Twists - C3PO is HK-47?

Since Anakin built C3PO from spare parts, wouldn’t it be an awesome plot twist if Anakin inadvertently used some antique parts from a junker - specifically HK-47s memory core?

Imagine C3PO getting damaged and during repairs, a technician asking “why are these old parts in here? They aren’t even plugged in properly....”. Then upon connecting the memory core properly C3PO stood up and turned around and said “ Hello meatbag”.

While that would be a worthy plot twist, Triple Zero (the murderous 3PO from the canon comics with Dr. Aphra) has inferred he has such a core from "the early days of the Republic". That could be a nod to HK47.
