Considerable amount of game crashes since update

I don't know if because I am on an iphone 6s or what, but my game crashes constantly since the last update. If i go to discord it crashes, if i do tw, at least one is going to crash. Used to happen alot, like a year ago, then went away. Has come back full force since the last update

I had problems on an old phone that was slow. Upgraded to newer faster phone and I have not crashed once.
