How about running all past marquee events once a year for those who missed them like new players?

The marquee events are a good way to introduce the character and their mechanics. They don't need to be offered again.

I'd rather see CG do something like guarantee marquees are added as rewards to various events like assault battles X months after they become farmable. Or add more of the Wicket/Mother Talzin like events. Or run Galactic Chases for characters that are already in the game. I think there are many better ways to distribute these shards than re-running marquee events.
