A good online T-shirt printing service?

who/where is a good place to get T-shirts printed? I'm making designs and I want to print them and sell them, and most places I've looked that have an on demand print service (garmentprinting, spreadshirt, etc.) charge a lot to get them printed, to the point where I'd only be making a dollar or so for every shirt to get them anywhere near affordable!

Does anyone know of a cheaper solution? No **** answers please this is a business related question.

I'm using RedBubble currently. But that's the same set up where you probably make less since it's a per order printing. Otherwise to get a cheaper deal you'd have to buy 100+ shirts pre-printed in bulk to possibly turn a profit. I didn't really look into a site like that since I didn't want to pay upfront in case I didn't get any sales.
