GG vs JKR

So the whole JKR team mass retaliated after B2 dispelled all their stats. How did this happen? Can someone more knowledgeable explain this to me so I don't make the same mistake in the future.

I know it says increase counter chance but if you can't counter isn't your counter chance 0%?

They can't counter attack if they have target lock I believe

Nobody on that team is target locked, and legendary battle meditation can’t be dispelled, so they will still have a chance to counter like normal.

Those Jedi all have Legendary Battle Meditation which gives Jedi +70% chance to counter. This can't be dispelled by B2, so you're only hope is to get Target Lock on their team to prevent the counter attacks, assuming you have GG's lead zeta'd.
