My son loves this game and when the offer came up for these two characters, my son accidentally clicked cancel instead of accept. Is there any way to still get this offer? He is heartbroken

Have you gone into the Data Cards section to see if the "The Force Awakens Ultimate Bundle" is available to you (for the first time) for free? That's where I was directed to claim the free characters. The first one is free, it costs $119.99 to buy additional packs. I hope this helps.
