Got lucky and pulled a character I had been super interested in, Tarkin. Awesome skill set but when I saw chrono only I gave up the dream.

Well now that I have him and no way of ever advancing his stars, is it even worth leveling him up? Can a 4 star support jump into a team at 60 and play with the big boys? Or would he just get smashed.

It depends on your team. If you don't have anything better than him use him, but if you do it would be better to bench him
