Character Question

On my home page it says 3+ next to my characters icon. When I click it I don't see anything at all to do. No training, no leveling....nothing! What am I missing?!?!?!

May be there is toon that needs to be geared up or it is just a bug. This happened some times

I've looked up and down for something to level or a room to gear and nothing. I was wondering if there is a tab or something I am missing.

I had this occur for me for a while too. Eventually it went away.

I heard this is a diagnostic tool from the developers to diagnose OCD

It bugs me to see it! I have no one to promote or gear up. Just always says 3+.
