Add a filter to view toon's with a mod suggestion

When viewing your toons under advanced mod's, if there is a suggestion it shows a red dot on the toon's mod. The problem is if you have almost every character unlocked, and you have a dozen new mods that you want to dispense, it takes forever to scroll through all the characters to find those with a red dot. And if you swap some out, you need to repeat again to see if the swapped ones have a suggestion too. Scrolling is VERY SLOW when in mod view too.
