evasion the submeta/soft counter to speed + damage?

evasion seems to be a more common topic and now that dooku's lead is working as intended, is evasion now a viable strategy to counter speed + damage teams? it's not a hard counter per se....because there's no 100% guarantee you'll dodge, but it can allow for more diversity in arena, especially now that jedi are so prevalent.
dooku + sid would make sid into a dancing fool while giving him offense up (added sustain due to health steal + offense up). there's other combinations out there. what do you think?

You may be on to something. And I see it fitting that Sid and Dooku are a potential soft counter to the Jedi speed meta.

Been running Dooku leader since the patch and it's been beautiful. Speed teams only manage to give me offense up and then they fall like dominoes. It's definitely a soft counter to the current meta.
