Buzz Droid Bug with Vulture Droid and the reinforcement ability

Hey guys.
Do you know about the Buzz Droid bug or is this even a bug?
The reinforcement ability is using the old Buzz Droids (0 defense and always crit) instead of the new ones (-50% Defense and lose 5% Health).
The new ones can't be applied if the old ones are active. (You can hold the icon to read which buzz droids you applied)
Would be glad to see a clarification upon this.

If the Vulture Droid is in the reinforcement I get the old Buzz droids and can't apply the new ones threw the special ability (only the old ones).
If the Vulture Droid is at the start of the encounter available (no reinforcement) I can apply the new Buzz droids threw the special ability.
This can be tested threw the marquee event, fleet arena and fleet PVE matches.
