What's going on with EA customer experience?

I've tried reporting an issue five times now and I keep getting the same reply back saying I should report the issue from within the game, which I have done, and I need to supply my player information, which I also have repeatedly done.

I'm getting pretty angry with this and being hit with the game freeze bug after an arena battle today.

    That's some next level giving you the run around on their part. I would say i'm suprised, but i'm not. Customer support sucks.
