This is my current team. All toons are 7 starred, max abilities, and max geared. Who is the weakest member?

As soon as I do Droid Assist/Victory March he speeds up, plus he does high damage assisting geo/phasma.

Poe is. Advantage with Offense up is fantastic. Honestly I'd put QGJ in and move Phasma to non lead put Poggle in to give him, 86,and gs 25% offense.

My QGJ is only 5 star atm. I was thinking maybe adding Ahsoka. I am trying now with Sid as leader, and taking out poe. Wow that ****.

I would just recommend Kylo or FOO if that is your route. All these QGJ teams make Poe taunt a joke. OP has lead bonus assister with two heavy hitters that already call assist, Poggle whom is fast and does Phasma dmg with superbuff and GS synergy, I think Ahsoka might be a great fit to replace Poe actually, FOO.... Called to assist and pops that speed special.

When Poe taunts 5 v 3 or 5 v 4 it is a good buff for QGJ to steal so my squad can get offense up. If that fails I just hammer Poe with hard hits and he is gone round 3... Nothing scary left anyway. Yes you might have round 2 control but you are 3 v 5 or 4 v 5...

He is doing considerably worse than a speed dps would do in that exact same scenario. A dps faster than Phasma allows you to victory march at the end of turn one, and have turn meter into turn two. Either that means Ig 86 does not gain as much (he'd gain his last 2% or so) or you play around him (and IMO true first two turns of arena are the most important, as is the race to turn two).
A speed dps allows you to maximize the Phasma efficiency. Technically with droid assault and the AI playing Phasma, you may get semi optimal placement of victory march, however if a player is letting the AI get to turn three with most dps up, they deserve the loss that they're getting.

Tried Dooku. I won against the number one team. Didnt see many evasion though.

Until you have a high speed alternative ready, Rey, QGJ, etc. I would work with what you have. Especially with the Droid event giving full characters. Toss Poggle as lead, drop Phasma. 25% offense to 86, GS with Poe help. Fifth spot I personally use 88 or sometimes someone else. Now you have a Droid team that can beat 90% of teams until your high speed meta team is ready.

I just 7 starred Dooku and Sid. About 3 weeks out on 7 starring QGJ

I tried Poggle as leader and kept phasma. I just burned through every team I faced today. Even did the number 1 team on my server on auto-attack while driving home from the store.
