It’s an interesting point. Makes one wonder why some of the toons were chosen by CG when so many other noteworthy ones have been left out.

Some of the ones we have are just filler. If they introduced all the "good" ones we'd either have constant legendary farms, or the toons wouldn't have the strength and status they deserve.
