Why don’t you guys care about players?

Dear CG,
I have to post here because nobody cares elsewhere! We officers at Red Machine guild care about our players, and it doesn’t look like you guys do. One of our players recently found, that his full sets of mods on Fallen Bastila disappeared! Probably one of the worst things that can happen to a player in SWGOH, right? He wrote to EA support few times, but they just flipped him off in their usual manner. He is a whale and spent a lot on this game in all those years, he absolutely doesn’t deserve this kind of attitude towards him! I kindly ask you once again to look into this issue! nnr07oo6rl3z.jpeg

    Have him message CG_SBCrumb with his EA Help ticket number. He may be able to help.


    Also, just as an FYI the amount a player has spent has nothing to do with the help they should get. If anyone has an issue with EA Help, please open a ticket and ask for your ticket to be escalated, and send a direct message to CG_SBCrumb with that ticket number and your ally code.

    That is the best way to deal with situations where you dont feel you are not getting a fair assessment of your issue. This may not help 100% of the time, but it can. (Please be aware and respect the working hours of the team, things move slower during off hours)
