Never said he was. The post is which legendary we would get that requires 5 Sith characters to acquire. Furthermore, RoS could retcon him as one.

Alright, but your post suggested that you consider him a sith, since all the other options were confirmed sith. I doubt he’s going to be revealed as a sith in RoS, but we’ll have to see.
