Today I collected my TW rewards and then proceeded to the Guild Store to purchase some much needed gear pieces.
After purchasing I went to go craft these pieces so I can equip them on some characters. When I tried I got the error similar to "This gear has already been crafted" or something along those lines. This was not G12 finisher gear related.
Thinking my client bugged out, I restarted it and went back into the character screen. I went to retry crafting the gear BUT I was short the gear I received from the TW as well as the gear I purchased from the Guild Store. The Guild Store still shows that I purchased three items and are on "Cool Down" until the store refreshes.
I looked at my currencies, and I am missing the "Guild Events" currency as well as the 3 Zeta mats.
I did do a support chat but was referred to post to the forums for additional help.

EDIT: It appears I also am also missing my omegas and three items I purchased from the Shard store as well.

Similar problem. Purchased 5 Malak shards, promoted him to 7 stars, forced to restart client and now Malak is back at 6 stars and I don't have enough currency to buy more. Tried EA help, but it won't ever submit the ticket. The site hangs up during submission each and every time. So the suggestion to contact EA help is ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!!! I don't have the time and internet access to sit around and wait to be connected through chat!
EA Help are the ones that can look at your account and help get this sorted out.
Due to the conversations in this thread that echoed this yesterday, I did have another support chat. I was again told / promised that this was the best method for assistance. Seeing a mod reinforce this is making me believe a third chat may be in the works shortly.

From what I have gathered from here and from reddit, it most likely has something to do with the server update they did around the same time.
