We have identified the problem.
We've fixed it to never happen again.
We know the exact players affected.

We had an outage yesterday for people who had finished their daily activities, closed the game, and restarted the game. Those players were not able to get back into the game.
We tracked down the problem and solved it fairly quickly.
However, we wanted to apologize for the hassle and by way of doing so, sent a brief note to everyone (not just the relatively small percentage of the player base who were actually affected). The Inbox message included 200 crystals.
Well, after that, we started getting reports that people weren't seeing the message nor receiving their 200 crystals.
We just tried something to fix it, but that doesn't seem to have pushed the crystals to those who have missed it.
We are still working on it, but I wanted to get the word out that we are aware that the crystals haven't gotten out to everyone yet.
We're discussing options and will update you guys once we know more.
