Choppy and delayed game play

From the last update (Relics) game play has become choppy and navigation from screen to screen and also with in events have become choppy and have a delayed response with no icon showing it is loading..so when you hit the buttons again thinking the input wasn't done the first time...game play skips ahead causing you to place squads that we're approved, also buying equipment from stores not intended. This current GTB I have lost several points due to this.....pause...with out a notification icon telling you it is being loaded. Transition needs to smooth out this choppy command imput.
