I also believe that the lower GP player should win the tie. If an underdog manages to tie with an opponent with a higher GP and therefore a superior set of toons, it means the player with a lower GP had a better strategy, and was able tie. The opponent I just tied with had 20% higher GP than I did. Clearly if they couldn't beat me, my strategy was better and I performed better.
