Negotiator on both Geo TB CMs
This has to get fixed. I've seen several complaints but zero acknowledgment or response from Devs.
The random enemy Capital Ship element is cool & all for the Geo TB missions, but it can't be the same ship for both missions. This is especially true if after I've already beaten it in one of them. Facing Negotiator twice with nerfed Cap ships on our end is absurd. Fix this, please!?!
