Raid Shard Rewards
CG should allow the guild to choose different character shards to earn. If they want to keep older guilds interested in raids, allow them to earn shards of character that they actually need. Everyone in my guild has Han/GK/Traya so we only do the raids for the little bit of rewards you get. Better shards and rewards would re-energize our interest. Just a thought.
