What’s the plan for meta?

With GAS roll out needing to be 7* and relic to work what’s CG plan to change arena meta? So EP9 comes out in 60ish days and most wont get GAS 7* until 30+ after that what’s the plan? DR malak until when? The community would like this answered. You put your self in one serious box where if GAS can’t beat EP9 meta your Screwed

    Why would GAS be able to beat a new EP IX meta?

    Maybe their intentions were to add him to diversify the meta.

    But hey it's not like diversity is important...

    So there plan was to have 90 people with 7*GAS before EP9 meta FYI GAS still gets destroyed by DR..... People are dropping like flys I hope this was worth it

    Where are these people?

    So basically if CG releases a super OP game breaking character people will leave.

    But if they release a character that isnt super OP nor gamebreaking they're gonna leave too?

    Btw GAS is meta if you use him under Padmé

    JKR meta was basically, nothing could touch him.

    DR meta is Padmé, GG Nuke, Shaak Ti clones, GAS & JKR + Thrawn can have fun.

    Generally the meta is whatever holds best on defense. Even with 7 star, relic 7 GAS, that’s still DR. The other teams are good offensive teams and can beat the meta, but the meta is still probably DR. It doesn’t hold on defense like it once did, but it still holds better than anything else.

    This. The current situation is almost as diverse as right before Malak dropped. Right now on my shard there are even some relic CLS teams running around in the top 50, along with those other teams mentioned.

    One issue with g13 and relics is that the meta does seem to (and probably will moving forward) shift more slowly than it used to be able to.
