Your compensation for the members that exploited the bug is not good enough

Your customers spent time and money to complete the event. It's not their fault that the event was reset nor is it their fault that players that already completed the event is still able to even see it. In my eyes, the shards should stay... I work in Incentives and I know it sucks when the system breaks. Hell, I've had a few bugs that I had to squash and deal with the aftermath. No matter what the outcome, solution is, the credits stay and we don't retract until we get a bunch of approvals. As a loyal customer of the game for a number of years, I expect Capital Games to honor the players. Their customers. The compensation must match what they earned.
