Report a cheater in GAC

Guys, what is the most reliable way to report a suspected cheater in Grand Arena? One of the players have impossibly high score given the very weak teams, to be sustaining more than 60.5 win ratio thus far in the tournament, and I can't even see proper 3-4, let alone 5 teams that can achieve that, even if he is going all out on offence.
I sent a message to CG_LuciferDaddy, and I reported him ingame.
Please let me know what can I do to to get this mate investigated before the tournament end.
