Got 6 of Us we are 🐬‘s some Baby 🐳’s all Hardcore. I’m a ex Alliance Leader & it’s time for me to just be a Player & have fun again. Mods is a couple of our problems we understand this, but we are fixing that. I didn’t Whale for GAS cause I was told it was going to be a waste right away & to start saving Zeta & Currency. The 6 is a Package Deal. We also have a UK Guild that looks like they want to Follow me. While I'm currently in a great guild and still enjoy the game because I love star wars, I'm in a position where I'm trying to reduce my screen time and play more casually, and am contemplating moving to facilitate that. Current guild is doing almost exclusively Geo TB as well as reasonably competitive TW, and I just find it a bit too time consuming and frustrating to find much enjoyment in.
I'm looking for a super casual guild, maybe even a fairly new guild I could help out, communication would have to be in discord as I just don't spend enough time in game to keep up with in game chat. I can easily auto solo Heroic Pit raid, don't really have any HAAT squads built out but can make contributions to HSTR when I have time. UK time zone is preferred, current guild is on US time and while that isn't an issue for the most part, I end up basically leeching off them for raids as the majority of it happens overnight for me
Not looking to jump ship for the heck of it, would only move for a guild of good chilled people who play the game for the love of star wars and not to be super competitive, I have most of the current legendary toons but I've long since given up chasing new metas and now just want to build out the teams I feel like at my own pace, just without sacrificing all of the benefits of being in a guild

What I am looking for is not common. I appreciate your time and want to be clear about what I am looking for from a guild.
1. Raid time(s): I want a single daily raid time that fits my work schedule. 6:00 pm PST (9:00 pm EST) seems like the best time.
2. Gotta be US based membership. No international guilds or guilds with international players. This isn't some kind of "Git out, America First" thing. I just haven't had much success in international guilds due to the inconsistent active membership depending on time of day.
3. Unyielding positivity from the top down. Yes, it is a bummer to lose a TW or GA match. CG couldn't squash a bug that landed on their face. I know... But, can we just leave the negativity at the door and remember that we play this game because we love it? If all of you don't LOVE the game then I won't fit in.
4. Rules are enforced and officers aren't afraid to remove offenders. Too often have I joined a team that kept on dead weight because of the roster potential. We play this game with people, not with rosters, and if the people are dragging down the boat then they have to go. No weak leadership.
Right now I am in a 230m GP guild part of a large alliance getting 28* in Geo TB, 30-40 Wat shards, but haven't seen a TW win in way too long (poor defense strategy and team efficiency to blame). I am willing to make sacrifices to TB rewards if the atmosphere is right, but I am looking for a competitive guild (not casual or laid back).
