What is the fix for missing ships?

For some reason I thought this was fixed. My Hound's Tooth is missing and I doubt I can win my GAC fleet match and GAC match without it.

Look for it in DS ships or Bounty hunters. Doing this shuffles around what is missing. I thought it was fixed too

Dunno about the fix, but restarting fixes it.

Scrolling also helps because it seems to move the missing ship(s) around, sometimes also getting out and back in.
