gear12+ pieces: top3 in sith-raid: 51,82% average chance + 1,82% better than rank 4-10

this year i made 44 top3 results in the heroic sith.
i saw:
41 x 50% gear12+
1x 60% gear12+
1x 70% gear12+
1x 100% gear12+
average: 51,82 %
thoughts?

I'm trying to view the gear as bonus stuff and the Guild tokens as the actual rewards.
Decent gear drops are just so few and far between. Even in the top 3.
