Echo Crit Damage Up
So we are done with Clone Wars stuff now, right? If that's the case we still haven't seen anything to utilize Echo's omega on his basic which says the attack will do +15% damage if Echo has crit damage up. It's entirely possible I'm forgetting something but Arc doesn't give CD up, neither does General Skywalker or even Ki Adi Mundi. So what exactly are we missing?
Seems like they are done with 501st at the very least, which is where you should be using Echo anyway.

You’ll likely use Echo with ARC trooper who already has a summoned unit. You can’t have 2 summoned units in battle at the same time. So that’s a problem.
