Our guild leader and officers haven't played in months. Is there a way of getting them removed and other players promoted?

If you like your guild name and don't want the hassle of moving everybody over, just open a ticket at EA. Same thing happened in my guild, where I was the last remaining active officer. Within 24 hrs of putting in a ticket the dead weight had been booted and I'd been made lead. Three years later, we're still kicking and going strong.
