Server Lag on Sign In or "Zone in"

Anyone else getting some serious lag or just plain locking up when trying to log in the last few days since the patch?

I swear I've had to shut down multiple times because the "Loading Cantina" message never goes away & the game won't finish starting.

I also get the same issue with the "clocking arrow/circle" when you zone into an Arena instance after you hit "Battle" button.
It just stays on that screen & won't advance.
