Well yes, the optimal primary for a speed set is completely toon/situational dependent, so it makes no sense to me to state that offense is not optimal. There is no optimal for this one.
And offense as primary on a speed set cross mod isn't optimal either.
What primary on a speed set cross would be optimal in your opinion?
- potency for chars that rely on inflicting debuffs (even though the trend goes towards stuff that cannot be resisted)
- health/protection in general (I'd prefer health as this is more "future proof" thx to relics and their +health increase)
I mean it really depends on how you're using GG. For a Nuke team I'd much rather more health secondaries and crit chance, and give that to someone else.

Yeah, I meant more health on the secondaries, but I think I also initially was thinking different primary when I was awake in the middle of the night for some reason, so it wasn't a smart comment.
The arrow on my GG is a health set/primary with 16 speed (he doesn't need any more for me; at 214 speed he's fast enough and clocked properly for my nuke build), plus almost 6% crit chance. So, I'll not complain that it also has a single roll of flat offense instead of flat health. ... I could, but I won't.
Hey, I mod my GG for health and potency... The idea of having a fast GG is something very odd to me. The GG/Nute team is a TM team that relies on debuffs landing...

That potency is really useful with secondary speed.
That is like some prehistoric mod found in amber.
I agree that's a good GG mod, I have a +16 on my health/health arrow.
With that said the potency is whatever. His job is to kill kill kill, not debuff.
