Store items not changing?

Is it just me or do the store items not really change? On the fleet arena is always sun fac's hip but never Rex's. Galactic war shop also always the same ships.Even on the shard shop is always the same stuff. I havent seen a stun gun in there since forever...

I might be wrong but for me it looks like that the shops are not switching items...

Do you check all refreshes? Also, they do change.
