Single toon leveling

This game is unique in that you can bench toons throughout the whole game and still level them with stuff you get from using other toons. What do you think about an added feature where you have one on one battles with a single low level character to level him? The issue is say you've got 10 level 40+ characters and then roll a killer 4* from a card. Farming training droids with other toons seems antithetical to leveling a character. There should be a way he has to work for it somehow. Your level one 4* against my level one 4*. What do you think? I don't keep up with all the upcoming features very well, so if something like this is in the works, please let me know.
