My LS compensation VANISHED-Help

I claimed the compensation rewards, went to use them in the shop and the game told me it had to restart. Come back in and all compensation has been removed and it not in the inbox since i was already claimed..

How to i file a ticket or a complaint so i can get this resolved, im ****.

You will need to go through the in game button to open a ticket with EA Help.

vincent doubt ill even get this resolved, reason why i play very few EA games anymore
