When will Kyber Combatant Rewards be given???

I have finished In Kyber, contacted Help. A hour later no reply from technical support in last 20 mins. After chuckles told me to post in the Aug post. Would like to know if I can look forward to being thrown some crystals and a sorry about that chump? Anyone else getting the same treatment??

After last weeks last match it goes into 1 day cooldown. And rewards are sent at the end of it. Always been like that. You can see the timer yourself.
