Cad bane =weaker dooku

Think about it.
Both have chance to attack again. Cads chance is lower
Both have bonuses against jedi. Cad is too slow and squishy to get his out usually. And even then its only once.
Both have stuns. Cad can use his once ever 3-4 turns on one target and remove some to all tm depending on target. Dooku has a chance to stun with both of his attacks depending on target for his basic only and a chance to double stun on his special regardless of target. The ai seems to get the double stun on non jedi VERY often.
Only dooku has ability block chance
Only dooku has counter chance and he usually attacks twice on counter with bonus damage from AI

So its not just me right? Cad bane is a crappier dooku who is only available through actual purchase which is kinda ridiculous.

Also, this part doesnt belong in general discussion but at jedi hunter lv 6 cad with sid lead, cad doesnt seem to crit as often as he should against jedi.
