Hux doesn’t get advantage if the crit kills??

So I played the event all 5 times and I was seeing the same thing. If Hux gets a crit and the crit kills the hero he doesn’t get advantage. Also if he has advantage his crit ability will not apply a new advantage. Is that working as intended? I though the whole point was for him to keep advantage not get it once or twice a battle. Maybe I’m missing something...
