Tier 7 stuck in cutscene

I can't seem to start the fight. Every time I start tier 7 it gets stuck in the cut scene.
Right where Juhani say's "I cannot abide this. I agree with Jolee" the loading icon pops up in the background and the game stops working!

I tried restarting my phone, reinstalling the game everything! I can get Darth Revan this way.
