Is speed bugged?
Just had enemy Han with speed 119+2 go first in Arena match(opened with taunt, I didnt have dispel so gg). I had 3 faster toons and opponent had 2 as well. Enemy was Phasma led so no Ackbar shenanigans. Has anybody encountered this before(i did half-**** search but couldnt find anything recent thats related).
