Need help. Can't promote anyone.
Unlike anything I have found, I can't promote ANYONE in my guild. I can't find a "Promote to Officer" button, no matter where I look, or what method I use to try and pull one up. I only have one "underage" player, and my only thought, now, is that I'm on Android. I've found answers for specific players, but nothing for can't promote anyone. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
