Vets getting Resistance tags?

For the grand arena feat with the vets, I only managed to get 6 out of 12 kills from my g8 vets by sticking each of them on a decent team and trying to save the kill for them. With all the feats being centered around Resistance characters, do you think Vet Han and Chewie will be getting the tag soon? I have all resistance at g12 or higher in anticipation of Jedi Rey, might be time to start gearing the vets.
