Click account to login but takes me to create account screen (android)

So i can get into the "guest" account for my game but then i try to log back in via google play. It brings up the option to play as guest or sign in. I tap sign in. It then brings up the screen to select an account. My account IS listed and i tap on it. Then it takes me to the screen to make a new account. What's going on? I've tried restarting my phone and no luck. I can log into google play on other apps with no issue for any. (granted a very small sample since I don't have that many apps.) Any ideas on the cause or fix?

Ok I'm tired and going to bed. Apparently it just wanted me to make a "screen name" for my account.... After having the account for 6 or 7 months now. Sigh, technology. Anyway, I'm good and can get on so this can be ignored and/or deleted.
