Missing arc trooper shards

I was getting connection issues since the 12pm local store reset time. I purchased 3x crystals and finished off arc trooper to 7*. I had 29 energy left over, tried to farm relic pieces and it said I didn't have energy. The game showed I did. I then tried to purchase gear and character shards and had the same issue in cantina battle store. Then I got an error message that the game needed to restart. Upon restart, my arc trooper was back at 6* and at 96/100 shards.

Who do I complain to on this forum? Mind you I do have a ticket and a bug thread logged into EA support. Just kinda POed at the moment.
