Let Officers set TB commands during the Preview Phase
Please add the ability for Officers to be able to set Territory Battle commands during the preview stage, much like Territory War. With the current setup, an officer has to be online the instant TB commences to set the proper commands. This leaves a window for guild members to use GP in areas that would otherwise be Prohibited.
