Chat settings question

If "Nobody" is chosen and I as leader, send a member a message, do they see it? And why is there an ability to block Guild Announcements? With these two chosen, they are on their own. If having these settings is a good idea, can we have a way to see who has them chosen so I can remove them from the guild?

I can only assume it's an option to block notifications, for say being in a meeting or something? Not really sure since there are easier ways to deal with that.

Otherwise it's just for very antisocial ppl I guess.

I haven't had this issue... if ppl don't seem involved as you would like, send a message and see if they respond. Regardless of what options they have set, a lack of response should be all you need.
