Customer Service

I was not sure where to put this, but having been a daily play dolphin since day one. I have ran a guild for multiple years. I had an issue as did three other guildmates where at the start of this GAC round the game crashed and died as an update was installed in the background. I called customer service as I had done twice in the past. The person was rude, insulting, and hung up on me. They told me I should post an issue on the board, and when I asked to talk to a supervisor they instead hung up. The anger at this nearly made me quit the game on the spot. Instead, I won't spend one dime more until something, anything is done. Frankly took a cool down before posting it was three days ago and am still really annoyed every time I open the game, which led me to miss dailys for the first time ever.
